Foundations of Administrative Justice:

A Course for Decision Makers in
Post-secondary Educational Institutions

 
 


This course is designed to provide participants with a better understanding of their role and responsibilities as tribunal members. 

It consist of four sessions:

  • Administrative Law and the Principles of Natural Justice
  • Conducting Fair Hearings and Evaluating Evidence
  • Decision Making and Decision Writing
  • Ethical and Professional Responsibilities for Decision Makers

 

Courses are approved as continuing education for members of the bar in completing the Annual Report to the Law Society of BC.
